PriceSpecter is an informational pricing and research tool that surfaces publicly available eBay marketplace data — including sold-comp history, active listings, auction data, and derived signals like "Specter Scores" and "flip opportunities." The service is intended to help resellers, pickers, and collectors make better-informed purchase and pricing decisions.

Pricing data, scores, floor benchmarks, flip estimates, "opportunity" labels, and any other outputs are informational estimates only. They may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or inaccurate. eBay's public API may return partial results, and market conditions change constantly. You are responsible for verifying any information directly on eBay before acting on it.

PriceSpecter does not guarantee any profit, resale outcome, or return on investment. Any "estimated profit" or "flip opportunity" shown is a rough calculation based on public sold data minus estimated fees — not a promise. Resale outcomes depend entirely on your own judgment, sourcing skill, timing, item condition, and market demand. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.

Any purchase you make on eBay or elsewhere is your sole responsibility. PriceSpecter does not process transactions, hold inventory, ship items, or mediate disputes. Read every listing carefully, review seller feedback, and confirm condition, authenticity, and return terms before buying.

PriceSpecter is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by eBay Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc., used on this site solely for identification purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PriceSpecter. One account per user. You agree not to abuse the service — including scraping our site, running automated bots against our endpoints, reverse-engineering, or reselling data pulled through PriceSpecter. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, at our discretion.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriceSpecter, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PriceSpecter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
